Tim Reese (CEO - Chief Executive Officer)
Reese brings more than 20 years of start-up experience in engineering, marketing, and business management to Parallel Computers Technology (PCTi) his third start-up. He began his career at Honeywell, Inc. where he worked on industrial automated control systems for pulp/paper mills and chemical plants. In this capacity, he was responsible for software design and project management. His first startup InfoTech Services created in 1994, provided application services to privatized healthcare providers in the correctional and juvenile detention industry. The company was merged with Correctional Healthcare Solutions, Inc. in 1996 and was sold to CMS a division of Aramark Corp. for $13M in 1997. His second startup was The Standing Group created in 1998 was a web integration and management consulting business. The Standing Stone Group clients included Goldman Sachs, Standard and Poors, Merrill Lynch, Travelers Solomon Smith Barney was sold to Visalign, Inc. for $7M in 2000. |

Justin Y. Shi (CSO - Chief Science Officer)
Shi guides PCTi's strategic direction and manages the engineering group. He brings more than 23 years of experiences in high performance computing and is the co founder of the company. He is the chair of Temple University’s Department of Computer Science and was named Director of Center for Advanced Computing and Communications of Temple University in 1994. He is the inventor of stateless parallel processing technologies and has received two patents for his work and two new pending patent cases. His inventions address the most challenging problems in multi-computer architecture: highly reliable high performance computing, automatic parallel program generation and highly reliable transactional systems. |

Kelvin Pan (CFO - Chief Financial Officer)
Pan, who is responsible for PCTi’s financial activities including monthly reporting, budgets and short term and long term financial forecasts, brings more than 25 years experience in accounting operations, treasury, operations and corporate finance. Prior to PCTi he served as Director of Treasury Middle Office for Fannie Mae and is responsible for derivatives, structured transactions, and debts pricing and validation. He is the former Managing Director and Senior Risk Manager for SGCIB and GE Capital for capital market businesses, including derivatives, credit structures and special purpose entities, and helped to raise hundreds of millions for multiple hedge funds and to reduce hundreds of millions dollars of capitals for multi-billion special purpose entities. |
